Here's a quick setup for the wheel. Any wheel. It is designed to give the precise steering control, in the first 180 degree of throw. After that , the game applies a slight acceleration to the turn.

Wheel Turn = 220 (too low & it feels twitchy, too high and it's a lot of work)
Wheel Compensation = 1.00
In Options/Misc Analogue Smoothing = 0

First two are found in options/control

Don't forget to setup the same wheel turn in your controllers external program (ie Logitech Wingman).

In G25, in wingman, don't run the forces too high, they have a tendancy of burning out force motors if the forces are too high. 40% is good. I use 15% myself. A lot of people don't like spring centering, as they like to feel all the different force effects. Personally, I don't like that as it has no force in first 10-15 deg of throw. So I enable spring centering n set it to 60.

Don't forget to Allow Game to adjust settings.

220?!?!

Jesus, I have to use 540 in GTRs, like they are in game.

Anything less just feels super twitchy and a bit unrealistic.

I like this thread, if you guys could provide a bit more info though - that would be cool. For example - what car the settings have in mind, and provide even more details about your settings. Since I race demo - here's mine for the XFG:
Logitech Profiler: 101% overall effects, all other effects at 0% because I've heard that they are just Logitech "Special effects" and not for realistic tire information and what have you. I check centering spring, but leave it at 0% because everything I've ever googled about it says to do this. I check allow game to adjust settings and I set my degrees of rotation at 720 because it's for the XFG and anything more would be too much lock to lock for my taste. I use 540 when I drive the S2 GTR cars. and 270 for the open wheel cars. I use 25% force for XFG and XRG and 15% for the GTR cars, (They generate much higher forces).
Now if any of these settings seem incorrect - write back and comment. Thanks!
P.S. - I should note: I've seen youtube vids of guys using logitech wheels to drift in LFS and they are able to throw the wheel back to center, and I absolutely cannot achieve this... However, since I don't drift - I'm fine without that. But even so... I am curious how their wheel can be tossed back to center like that. If there is anybody that reads this and is a guy who can successfully use the XRG easily and even drift with it without it completely spinning out, PLEASE post your exact profiler settings and LFS settings that have to do with control without leaving anything out. I will then copy your exact settings and see if it works for me. Because I can't even drive the XRG, everytime I use the XRG at Blackwood I spin out over and over and even when I don't I only get 1:35's with it. I get 1:33's with XFG and I'm not a bad driver, so I think that there's something wrong with my settings. I use a Logitech Driving Force GT in case that helps.

Okay, I'll try those settings with the XRG and let ya know how if it helps. Except the degrees of rotation of course. That I will keep at 720 since it's a road car.

Okay, I tried those settings.. didn't help me. It did however make it feel like my wheel was churning drying cement.

Good then ... if your a builder wink

I will just add though - as I use a G25 there will be some differences opposed to your Logitech Driving Force GT
