Yeah, no worries. I'm amazed it lasted as long as it did. My kids put extreme wear and tear on this equipment. It's a credit to Logitech that they can take so much punishment and tinkering before they croak. I'm talking to a guy on ebay right now that is selling a DFGT, we'll see how that goes.. I don't want to spend more than $60 for a used one, unless it's in perfect condition, then maybe $80. The local gamestop sells them new for $90 (but they're currently out of stock). Logitech sells them at retail for $150 (they used to be $120).

Okay, I got impatient and I spent a little more than I wanted for a used one.. $90.00 + Free shipping. The customer feedback from guys that bought wheels from this seller in the past were great. Here's what I bought:

Nice one Smokey - 99.9% Positive feedback is a good sign that you'll get what your expecting, although it's a pity you couldn't hold out until you had enough cash to get yourself a G27 wink

True, as rigid as the DFGT is - the G27 is twice as durable, twice the quality - especially in the pedal components. But I can't be away from LFS for more than a week, so another DFGT will have to suffice. $220 is a good price though - if I had the cash I'd have gone for it for sure. As it was, I was lucky my wife didn't butcher me when she found out I spent $90 out of our budget without asking. But she was allright when she found out what is was for, she knows how important LFS is to me.
