| Hi there!
I am oviously banned from the AMG servers.
As I don´t know for what and for HOW LONG I would
like to find out about that...
I put my request on the off-topic board, as
I need some info (replay) to understand,
what I am beeing punished for and what the
extend of the punihment is.

After many moans from people about your "driving style" (in global chat and TS) i'm afraid we had enough and removed you from our servers for 3 weeks , you were asked many times in English and German as to why you were drifting/handbraking around almost every corner (causing many accidents with other racers) - but you never once responded . driving like this during a race (especially when there's many people racing) is very slow therefore a hazard to others .
We have only a few SERVER RULES that we try to enforce ... one being "no drifting/cruising" - we only run Race servers here at [AMG] . but you surely will remember this as we had a similar discussion with you in THIS THREAD where you stated that you understood our server rules .

| Well, sorry, using handbrakes gets my back-axis spinn a little bit quicker, resulting into a controled drift throughout the corner, which I like and use a lot. I did not know that it was not allowed in LFS or on Amg-Servers and I will use
less handbreaks in the future.

| Ok, I wasn't going to complain about this guy because I felt I had done enough reporting on wreckers..  BUt given this thread and seeing this guy come on here and whine about being banned, I felt compelled to post this.
Don't let him BS you. This guy is a trouble maker and loves to cause a lot of trouble. He is famous for being a wise ass, then clamining ignorance and claiming he was mis-understood (http://amgmotorsports.ucoz.com/forum/16-131-1). I have a MANY replays of this guy wrecking people and causing trouble on FOX junkies server as well as on AMG servers:
Here are 3 on AMG from back in October:
Dandy Dust Replay 1Just watch him this whole race (especially at start). You can tell how fed up people are with his behaviour by the way they drive when near him:
Then here: Dandy Dust Replay 2 you can see him wreck me in chicane on lap 2. It looks like it's intentional but I couldn't be sure, that's why I never posted these before. At a minimum he is totally incompetant. Anyway, right after that near start/finish line, you can see him intentionally squeezing FFR Frank off the track and cause him to wreck also.
And finally: Dandy Dust replay 3
You can see him TRY to wreck me intentionally once in the 1st turn in the S turns, THen again in the 2nd turn S turns. This time it was CLEAR that it was intentional.
Here are 3 replays from FOX junkies that you can watch him cause all kinds of trouble. If you ask me he deserves a permanent ban.

1) I never put this into the protest section. That was done by admin.
I started this request of how long I am banned in the off topic section.
I am NOT protesting.
2) in the first replay Frets is swearing by calling me an asshole. (Swearing)
3) The second and the third replay appear to be the same (shortened) replay.
4) SingleEnginePilot aka. Frets is not a Saint. He was wrecking me as well:

at about 1minute; Deadman´s view is quiet enlightning
(I am using this replay for my defence right now. I won´t hasitate to put it into reports.)
5) This is the protest-thread. I started this in Off Topic. Anyways, it´s the wrong place.
6) I am already banned for all of that.
7) This board deals with AMG servers.
Replays of other servers don´t fall under the AMG-jurisdiction and should be dispended as evidence.

| 1st, this isn't a court of law. lol.
2nd, that was a mistake and it's funny how you cut that replay short (right before I apologized). You have a bad habbit of brake checking people, but even thought you did brake harder than expected I should have been able to avoid you. That's why I apologized.
If you look at replay from my cockpit (which is the way I drive), you can see I hit brakes hard just before hitting you.
This is just another example of you trying to cause trouble.

| Ok we'll just leave it there - if any of this happens again it'll be a lot longer next time ... luckily for you we're quite lenient here and we do understand accidents happen , please try to be more considerate to others in the future .
