| I hope you didn't mind my post in that topic, I just couldn't stand watching a team getting flamed, specially when it is mostly jealousy. Keep up the good work!! good luck to AMG!!

| Yeah I was and I am still a good friend of them (I hope), ready 2 roll team now. I believe in solidarity between teams, I even think we should have some communication tool to be able to talk between team leaders...but that's an other story

| Airio is EQ Worry's baby, we are just lucky he has joined our team...but we had airio full version before he did, I was doing the server side and I was used to the lapper for 2 years, but airio was easier, refreshing and more user friendly so we chose for it...

| Well I've just read the thread on the LFS forums and I'd like to say thanks to Framaris for putting across a very good and constructive explanation . and i know a lot of people feel the same way otherwise the server wouldn't be so busy ... also there are now more admins , 8 to be exact who all try to be fair and only get rid of deliberate wreckers , after all we all love to race ... but we have to start somewhere , no one was brilliant the first time they took part on a full race grid .

| Quote ($tiffler) Yup still and always a friend to me Fram , and many in Redline heart Hehe yes I know I can count on you mate and vice versa! @Sin: my biggest concern in this is that it take a lot of work, love and dedication to build a busy server, but it takes 5 minutes of flaming party in the LFS forum to destroy it all. So I am not a big reader of that forum, but I will always do my best to help teams under fire. I believe it is time we start talking as one, there is no concurrency between us since there is no money to be made. We are all in this for our fun and we all need each others, but for that there is no need of alliances or partnership...just solidarity! On the side being more admins doesn't always make things better or easier, I would advise you write some team philosophy, so that everyone knows exactly how to admin and react to situations. This is an other reason I chose Airio, it does a big part of admin work and in a very consistent way and the new ban system is more transparent and fair (you use only one app for all the servers, so ban have to be entered only once, you have a banned list (!lb) on the server with the length and reasons, ppls can still join the server to see the info's about their ban length in days/days left/reason for ban and they get kicked. You have a list of connected ppls with buttons to ban kick and add commands with !pl, a recently disconnected ppls with buttons !recent. we also have a private messages system to consult each others when necessary). For example I am proud to say that we have only 3 ppls on our ban list since we started end april and the racing is mostly clean and ppls are respectful...and we have 100's of racers visiting ( http://www.ready2rollteam.com/airio2/ )...for me that is the real achievement! Good luck to you guys!

| Thx Framaris for your input , we will carry on trying to provide a decent race server ... also u are right about the solidarity between teams and such like , we have already placed 4 admins / marshal's for the server from different teams , all the guys who help out have a good knowledge of how a good race server should be run . Thx again
