it's similar on other UK servers, akm for example, especialy if there's alot of ppl racing there.
I don't think it's net problem coz I"m using upc 25mb net wich is one of most popular in our country and I don't know any1 else who has such problems with it
Well, my friend have it and well... it's about upload in the games and this 25mb have problem with it sometimes but dunno how it is in ur case. Well format c is some option too ;S
