2hr race Event ready to go

| Hi all , just to let you know i've set up the ![AMG] Event Server to run a 2hr endurance race this Sunday (the server will not be passworded) ... it will start with 20 minute qualifying at 19:00 GMT , and the race will start at 19:30 GMT . i have given the FZR a 3% air intake restriction which will bring it closer to the other GTR's ... this car will be known as an FZ1 and will hold its own stats within the server , just type !top fz1 to see the times that have been set . i would be grateful if anyone who has time wants to go on and test the config to make sure everything runs properly , if you do notice any problems with it please post in this thread .

| Well i've set it up to run every Sunday @ 19:00 GMT so if theres no one on then i will just have to wait till another night , its not a problem i know the World Cup comes first lol

| My thoughts are to try and get it going once a month or so , i'm sure if a load of us went on others will join ... I will advertise it , but only once its been tested .

that is one LONG race, brilliant to do, tiring i have to say, 6:30am finish after 70 laps. Adi didn't like me beating him but it had to be done. Highlights of the race, adi came off on t3 about 50 minutes in (he was driving r2 r2 on xrr) he was still stuck the lap after so i pushed him out then lapped him, fxr only had to do 1 pit stop to adi's 3. Somehow after about 20 laps of driving i put together a few top laps. replay can be uploaded if people want to have a look

| Well thx for trying it guys i'm really glad it all works ok ... people have been asking for longer races , we now have 2 decent cfg's for events

| I don't think u will have there many ppl As for race, i didn't come off cuz my mistake, just tire blow ;/
I was trying to escape sand alone and dmg'ed my engine so i couldn't do any decent lap after that :| Well FXR have it easy...

| Well 2 hrs of Aston National is approx 70 laps , but the beauty of it is is that we can use any track we wish and run the event config over the top of it (bigger the circuit , shorter the number of laps) . yes the FXR may be stronger at AS3 (over this type of distance) but on other tracks maybe it will be a different story ... all i have done is try to give us the option of doing something different .

| Oh ok, thanks for the informations guys, i guess i should try it too Kevin = It would be great if we would start doing other tracks too, maybe one day we want to do any league and they're not driving only on AS3. SO

| AS5 would be nice for first track changes cuz it's like + 1 sector to aston national so it's much more easy for ppl to learn just 1 sector. And it's very fun track on it own.

| I have no problem doing different tracks if there good to race on , the problem is that many people can't race on some circuits and there not prepared to practice ... i mean look at the Rotation server i configured , it was hard to get people on it lol , then the GT server . i put a lot of my time into setting them up ... its very hard to get people motivated into something that is slowly dying (thats only my opinion of course) . who knows after the World Cup is over maybe LFS will pick up again .

| S3 would be like a god send help Well another idea was, that we just move one of our daily events to the Rota Server and advertise it on our main server...hope it gets populated soon, having alot of fun on it... Suggestion to track change = Just do it, we'll see if it works or not, u don't have anything to lose

| Well after last nights turn out (only me and 2 non-AMG members) maybe theres not a lot of point lol ... It would seem that all i would be losing is some of my time to set it up
